Maya wants to be part of everything. Her natural curiosity will have her checking on all around her. Throw a ball for her and Maya chases it, sniffs, confirms that it’s a tennis ball, and may or may not bring it back.

One recent afternoon, Maya “helped” fill in holes, clean and refresh water buckets, pick up toys, and return them to their basket. She inspected every step, tail wagging that she was included.

Actually, it’s possible that Maya wasn’t helping as much as she was supervising!
