Goose came by his name because we couldn’t stop saying what a “silly goose” he is. Playtime means fetching a toy, rolling on his back, and nudging you for petting. All the while, his expression is of a happy boy doing what he loves.
At approximately 2 years old, Goose is strong, but has a harness to make walking him easier. It took just a couple of times for him to learn that when it’s time to “get dressed’ in his collar and harness, quietly cooperating will get him on his way more quickly.
Working with Goose on new commands is fairly easy, especially if you have a couple of treats. After the exercise has him a bit tired out, Goose loves to get really close to his person, just to make it easier for petting!
